Reducing the risks and delivering the opportunities:
Environmental
- Move to Science based Targets for Scope 1/2
- Scope 3 – measure for all relevant categories to Dalziel Ltd • Use the data to have on Dalziel Specifications Carbon footprint
- Further rollout of PV to existing & new sites
- To roll out HVO fuel for HGV at fuel stations to reduce the Scope 1 transport Carbon Footprint
- Complete the due diligence plan for Deforestation legislation
- Waste programme to go to 0% landfill, complete waste audits and move to more recycled material
Social
- Complete Leeds SMETA audit
- Review to see if we can look at Group Ethical audit Scheme
- Introduction of Human Rights Risk Assessment as key pillar of approved Suppliers
- For Grocery aid day complement a Sustainability requirement and meet our ethical standards asked by staff
Economic
- Reduction of electricity bills through changing sites to LED 100%
- Roll out of PV & Heat recovery both existing & new sites / building.
- Assess the impact of EPR and where savings can be made
- Development of marketing opportunities through Sustainability programme
Governance
- Sustainable Management system including risk management for each heading.
- Resource to complete the day-to-day information and workload.
- Complete progress report for ESOS action plan
- Complete Carbon Literacy training & put actions through the team the business requirements.
